Neys Provincial Park

Park Interpreters of Ontario’s Neys Provincial Park use custom made pin-back buttons by Six Cent Press to encourage visitors to hike The Tower Trek, a family friendly 8km hike leading up to a 300-foot-plus granite cliff with a fabulous lookout.

Neys Provincial Park is located on the north shore of Lake Superior, Ontario. Neys Park  prides itself on its first class hikes and is best know for it interpretive trail Under The Volcano. A great volcano once blew its stack on what is now the shoreline of Lake Superior, before eventually collapsing and being bulldozed by a passing glacier. So what’s at sea level today was the very belly of the Volcano some 600 million years ago. This trail takes you on a tour of the magma chamber, where you’ll find one of the largest collections of volcanic alkaline rock in North America.
