Education Through Pin-Back Buttons

TSAWWASSEN First Nation

The Tsawwassen First Nation called on Six Cent Press to create custom made buttons for the community and for families who attend AFROG– Aboriginal Family Resources On the Go. The AFROG program is a place where families can interact with other children and parents of the community all while experiencing some First Nations cultural awareness and traditions.

Tsawwassen means land facing the sea. For thousands of years Twawwassen people travelled the Lower Fraser River, and Salish Sea (Georgia Straight).

Custom made pin back buttons are the perfect hands on education tool for people of all ages when promoting awareness and cultural traditions.
