Jimmy Carter Campaign Buttons 1980 vs. 1976

This “Re-elect Jimmy Carter” campaign button (photo by ART NAHPRO on Flickr) from his 1980 presidential campaign is alright, but it pales in comparison to this “The Grin Will Win” button from his original campaign in 1976. I really wanted to post that one but the sharing rights have been restricted by the photographer.
If Jimmy had gone with something as good as the ’76 button in 1980 he surely would have been re-elected.
