Hugo Chavez, the polarizing president of Venezuela who cast himself as a “21st century socialist” and foe of the United States, recently passed at the age of 58.

We produced these 1.25″ Message Buttons for Fire This Time, an independent newspaper reflecting the struggles of oppressed people for building a new world.

Fire This Time is a politically based action organization committed to building the social and political power of poor and working people in BC. They believe the only way to effectively challenge and threaten the government and their corporate agenda is through the organization of masses of people in motion in workplaces and in the streets. Chavez would have been proud!
